Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products are not accepted after 7 days under any circumstances.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging, including tags and proof of purchase.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged item, it must be reported and returned within 7 days for review.

  • Once inspected and approved, we will arrange an exchange or provide store credit.

Refunds

  • Strictly no cash refunds for any items sold.

  • In special approved cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for clothing items.

  • Jewellery and other accessories are not eligible for exchange.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

  • Returned items must be unused and unaltered.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged Items

  • Items inspected and found damaged after purchase are considered sold as is and are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases.
